Instructions

  1. Place the crabmeat into a glass bowl (not plastic or metal), then drizzle olive oil while mixing until the crabmeat is well coated. Stir in the cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and Serrano pepper.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice, mix well, season to taste, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Plate and serve.
